The rules, in plain words
Most models use 1 credit per image. GPT Image 2 uses 6 credits per image.
- There is no free plan and no free trial.
- Unused credits expire when your plan renews.
- If a generation fails for a technical reason, its credits come back automatically.
- Cancel any time. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

What sellers ask before they start
What kind of photo works best?
One product per photo, fully inside the frame, with the label clear and facing the camera. Shoot in good, even light, daylight near a window works well. Avoid hands, heavy shadows and cropped edges.
How faithful is my product in the result?
The generation is designed to keep your product's shape, packaging, logo and label, and to change only the scene, light and shadows. It is not a guarantee: very small or fine text can come out softer or slightly different. Check each image before you publish it.
Which formats can I generate?
Square (1:1) and Story (9:16). You choose the format before each generation.
What happens to credits I do not use?
Credits belong to the month you paid for. When your plan renews you get that plan's credits again, and anything left from the month before expires.
What if a generation fails?
When a generation fails for a technical reason, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask. Read the refund and cancellation policy
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep your plan and your remaining credits until the end of the period you already paid for. Read the refund and cancellation policy
